Agreement

By completing this registration form, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of my participation in The Good Plan 2.0 event hosted by The Mindful Moms:

1. Fair Distribution of Items: I understand that the items provided during The Good Plan 2.0 will be distributed to meet the needs of multiple families. Therefore, I agree to select only the items as directed by event organizers to ensure fair and equal access to all participating families.
2. Content Capture and Usage: I consent to the photography, video, and other media capture of myself and/or my family during the event. I understand that these images and videos may be used by The Mindful Moms, event sponsors, and associated partners for marketing, promotional, and other purposes, without any monetary compensation. This usage may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, print materials, and other promotional media. I understand that this content may be edited, published, or distributed as deemed appropriate by The Mindful Moms and its sponsors.
3. Liability Release: I release The Mindful Moms, event sponsors, and associated organizations from liability related to my family's participation. Reasonable precautions will be taken, but I assume responsibility for any risks or injuries.
